Coba lu bayangin deh kalo misalnya lu disuruh untuk baca buku 10 halaman dalama sehari. sounds heavy right? even u know that's might be good for you, but that's sounds heavy.
even u did to try that, im sure you'll heavy to do that tomorrow. so instead of chasing 10 halaman, yg lebih awal adalah lu harus bisa membiasakan diri to "Turns On" kebiasaan itu sendiri, it will be a lot more easier kalo misalkan kita cuma perlu baca 1 halaman sehari, you feel no pressure.karena lu tidak merasakan pressure, so you'll be more fine to do that everyday.
everyday you read that one page, one month u got 30 page. 30 page was crazy bro, ngl. imagine straight 3 days u do that, im sure you're day heavy..
well when im tryna to say you gotta chase that habits first, you have to turn your body to start the things when it's time, and keep the consistency.
